Do You Have Maladaptive Daydreaming?

Until @chant2012 mentioned it in my diary earlier today I have never heard of "Maladaptive Daydreaming" but I have serious problems with maladapative daydreaming, and whilst writing this post I see someone else has mentioned it before. I also have intrusive thoughts and distorted cognitions as well. How could I have never heard of it? Do you have problems with it? What do you do to work to fix yourself?

Constant Head Pressure - Feels Like My Head Is Going To Explode

Last year I paid for premium update and I want to continue it. My problem is I don t have that email account any more. In fact I don t have any right now because my phone is as useful as a rock. I will update my email as soon as I get one. How can I find out when I need to renew my membership? Can I even do it without a valid email account?

I Feel So Lost.

have been hurting from the elbow to my wrist since december and after trying ibuprophin , ruling out tendonitis and possibility of tennis elbow. I got diagnosed with the start of fibro today. Im ok about it, had discussed it as a possibility with my T since my nerves were very active before i got medicated for anxiety. Was hoping this would hit me later in life, not now, trying lyrica to see if it keeps it down to a dull throb for me.

Hoping To Find Support And Encouragement

Months ago I got on a waiting list for low income apartments. I thought they would still be expensive as most of the apartments I looked at had the utilities seperate from rent. One replied back recently, and it turns out this one has utilities included in rent. It also is the one that my grandparents want me in. so... I just got a call the other day from the VA (department of compensation & pension) apparently I am do for a re-evaluation for my PTSD. It has only been 1 1/2 years since I ended active service. I was under the impression that my re-eval wouldn t happen for 5 years. Are they trying to trim my benefit package or am I just being paranoid?
