Started Emdr For Complex Ptsd....

So I got a late night text from him last night. He only asked if I was awake. I only answered "yes". He never said anything else. He s been moderately MIA, but he was trying to be supportive of me recently during a medical issue. He s been in a bad place since a family member of his fell ill.
