How Do I Get Out!?
So these different bits of information came together in my head from things I was reading, hearing about, and, uh, doing, obviously. First, have you heard of the psoas muscle and how it is supposed to hold in a lot of stored trauma? Supposedly, when you do certain yoga poses or exercises that target the psoas, it causes the pelvic and thigh regions to shake and tremble as the trauma is released (allegedly).
