Fireworks, Non Combat

Hi guys! My trauma is non Combat related, but the fireworks are incredibly stressful and triggering. I don t mind watching them as a spectacle, but when I am inside my house, and it s late at night, I am unable to sleep. My mind is a blaze. I am always on edge, irritable, angry, and I become violent if provoked by others. Why is is this happening?
