I have been married for nearly 24 years and what a crazy ride this has been. I life full of constant contradiction, enough to make me feel absolutely out of my mind at times. What did I do? Kept trying? Why? I didn t want to break up my family but it has come with a heavy price, my health! I am currently in counseling learning about PTSD and fight or flight.
