So Much To Work On

The neverending saga. This appears to be the golden thread that ties ptsd survivors together. I have read plenty about how to trust, as in, put yourself out there, see how it goes, put a little more out there, etc. However, in practice, I live behind Fort Knox and keep my true self very protected. My therapist told me she has to periodically prove herself to me. I see that as true since she said it, I do challenge her often, and I questioned whether she thinks I ve ever...
