
I grew up in a neglectful home. There were obvious downsides to it, but I experienced a huge amount of freedom that I became accustom to. Basic things like meal times, bedtime, just living life on a schedule was unknown to me. Because of that I think I ve had a really difficult time adjusting to having a structured adult life. And yet I ve found that structure actually gives me a lot of inner peace and sense of well being. I find my usual lackadaisical approach often causes me a lot of...
