I was reading another thread and someone mentioned "treatment resistant" I know that I ve had a TON of trouble. We ve tried EMDR, and a few other things and we ve sort of resorted to some sort of talk therapy. I honestly don t think I am making any progress. My therapist says he s not going to give up on me but I know that I struggle all the time with suicidal ideation and it gets worse when I don t sleep.
