OK so I have been in therapy now for about 5 months. I like and intelligently trust my therapist. But my body just lets me down. We are about to start emdr therapy as she says we have got as far as we can without it. The problem is it s scaring me to death. But not for what seems like the usual reasons. I do not feel like I am scared of the traumas themselves. I know she is going to use the hand tappers and she has tried to use them a few times when I was struggling with a anxiety attack... Emdr Cant Relax
