Hello, I need your help getting a refund for a premium upgrade. It looks like I paid twice by accident. I appreciate being refunded for one of the charges. I wanted to contact staff directly to give my name, but don t know how to send a private message. I filled in a form at Paypal to report the error as well. I suppose they will be notifying you as well. Thanks for looking into this matter.
