Hello, I have been suffering from Complex PTSD for as long as I can remember as a result of many years of childhood sexual & mental abuse. I was been struggling quiet badly lately & at my wits end as its getting too much. I have found a inpatient treatment program in Sydney where I live at the St John Of God Hospital. I was wondering if anyone here has done this program or something like it? Did you find it helpful? Has it helped your recovery? Would you recommend it to others? Thank...
