I Don't Remember My Nightmares

I almost never remember my nightmares, but I know I have them. I wake up (usually having wet the bed) and my heart is beating, and I have the emotional "funk" that comes with feeling like I ve been violated in some way. I know my nightmares usually involve me being chased down. There are some times when I dream, and I think most folks would consider my nightmares to be dreams and my dreams to be nightmares.
