Hello I m CeCee from Sydney Australia. I was diognosed with Complex PTSD a few years ago but I have been struggling most of my life. After seeing a few different therapist over the years & trying out different types of treatments, I haven t found anything that fits. Thankfully I have found an inpatient program that I hope to start in 2 months time (health insurance has a wait period) I am complelty prepared for what s to come but I am also extremly nervous about what might come out.
