Hi.... Looking For Support

Hi, I just found this site and while I haven t been diagnosed with PTSD my husband and my best friend think it might be. I had previously a very bad relationship that went on for years, I only got away when went to uni, even tho I m now married he will still find me and send messages and has come down over the years and had bad experiences then. I m not big on talking about it and due to previous experiences I m terrified of doctors and just looking for guidance. I struggle talking about it... Hi.... Looking For Support
