Hello~ I'm A Human Being

My name is Rebecca I m going to be 40 in July. I ve had PTSD since little girl hood. Raised in abuse (psychological/sexual/physical/emotionall) since babyhood. I truly never believed i would survive to 21. I m frightened of most bathrooms, but mostly cope as an adult, though am terrible with upkeep of relationships, but am trying to change that. Flash forward many years...serious breakdown then I had 4 and a half years of EMDR therapy with a pretty incredible therapist, and I swear she saved... Hello~ I m A Human Being
