Hey guys… I think I have PTSD… I have all the symptoms except for flashbacks… but I have others not listed such as hypnogogic hallucinations that came after not wanting to sleep because I was so afraid… I ve been living a mediocre life for over a year… everything always goes back to that day… I just don t know how to get help…. any advice is welcome...
