Last night I woke up suddenly while having a flashback, I was at the crash site looking at the mess and sat up not knowing where I was, my wife woke because of the noises I was making, The strange thing for me this time is that I had no anxiety today at all and felt pretty good, Normally I am stuck in bed for a couple of days, So I think I am beginning to process my trauma, or my increased meds are working very well.
