I served in the South African military an thereafter as contractor in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Congo, Angola etc. My symptoms started several years ago. It has deteriorated to the point that my wife and I seperated. My drinking and self destructive behaviour have taken over my life. I struggle to work with concentration issues etc. I am a remote site paramedic but I have stopped working as I am endangering poeples lives.
