I fell apart today in a massive way because of a therapy session that brought up a tough trauma that got stirred up again today. My doctor shamed me for basically stating I was suicidial in a flashback and then getting confused afterwards. They are going to notify me of "consequences" for the flashback. They overheard me crying during the flashback because it happened when I was on the phone with them and even when I dropped the phone they still heard me. I will not be going back to the...
