Is It Possible To Have A Flashback To Having A Flashback?

I posted on here the other day. I was just curious about something. My guy has shut me out and has told me he needed time and space. He blocked me on instagram, but still posts pictures. Is that normal? For them to shut someone out, needing time and space...but yet still lives their everyday life while posting on Instagram? Kind of feeling like I m forgotten, and like he doesn t care about me at all :/
