Hi everyone, I m new here. Like many others, I m not new to PTSD, but this latest attack is the worst ever and I think it might keep me down for a while. Its making me think I need to redo my whole life but I am so tired, I can t even think of that right now. I m out of work for 3 months and I m even wondering if I will be able to go back. How has it been for all of you?
