I think this is worse since I got off of Xanax, so likely worsened by withdrawal. But I can t get warm at night and then wake to hot flashes all morning. I have always had chills and cold hands and feet due to Anxiety. Does anyone else experience this with PMS? I am guessing it s because I m 39.
