Hi. I m Sarah. Late 20s, female. I live in the UK. We have dissociative identity disorder. Survivor of (ongoing) SRA. We are a poly-fragmented system and we are currently undergoing therapy to try and be able to work together. We have 100+ alters of varying ages and genders and some nonhuman. We ve been under MH services for 16+ years, had a lot of difficulties and hospital admissions. We struggle with a lot of symptoms and a long list of triggers. Hoping to get some support here and...
