I Just Got Back From Sheppard Pratt And Learned A Lot

Hi. I posted a thread a couple of months ago about the possibility of going to Sheppard Pratt Trauma unit. I went and just wanted to let anyone know who is thinking about it that it was excellent! Very difficult experience emotionally but truly transforming. The staff is incredible and available 24/7. The therapy is very good and the skills I gained have already helped significantly.
