
This afternoon, I have been under a lot of stress, so I have been watching videos on YouTube on how to help the subconscious mind. I want to learn to keep my thoughts more positive. I want to learn how to operate from my wishes and desires. I am actively trying to deprogram my negative thinking, which is not easy, but I m trying. I am choosing to tell myself that I am safe, and loved, I that am healing more every day, and I choose to learn to help myself. The deep parts of my mind have been... Self-help, Today.
