I just wanted to say this to someone other than myself. About a week and a half was one of my worst couple of days since the trauma. I felt I had nothing in me and nothing left. I was triggered really bad but I made it through and I went to therapy last week where I processed it. I found so many insights and even just seeing her strong support for me really helped. I left with some new ideas for calming down the storm inside me and some hope. I ve been doing a little better each day and... I m Feeling Better!
