Sex Headache

So I am on Medicaid and their mental health program (at least in my state) is a joke. I just started seeing the fourth or fifth therapist that they ve thrown in front of me. Another Paychex "counsellor" doing the bare minimum she can get away with. I would like some tips on how I can get my insurance provider to allow me to see a therapist out of network.
