Father Can't Be Trusted

I am working on a college project and my chosen subject is PTSD in the workplace so I would like some information from you guys relating to how it affects you with regards to employers/potential employers and colleagues. what I would like to know is: do you disclose to a potential employer prior to employment? do you disclose once you have secured the job? your reasons either way thanks in advance Richie
