Wondering whether anyone has any experiences with Psych-K? Either in relation to trauma/PTSD but also in any more general ways e.g. working with self-limiting beliefs? A Psych-K practitioner has asked if I want to partner up work-wise on some training/workshop stuff. I will probably take her up on her offer of a session so I can receive it for myself and understand more of what it s about. But my gut is telling me it s a load of nonsense and to steer clear! It seems to offer a very quick... Psych-k - Has Anyone Tried It?
