Anyone Else Have Similar Experience: Shamed For Noncombat Ptsd.
I have hit rock bottom today and need a crash course of reminders of coping tools to keep my mind distracted and off of my problems. I will have two friends checking up on me today. My mind has gone blank, what best works to lift your spirits when you are really bad off? I need a list of things to do to distract me and keep my mind off of my problems. The best thing my friend told me when she was here that I am going to be okay and I repeated that and it did really help some. I am in crises... Need Support And Suggestions Desperately
