I live in hell. Pure and utter hell and I want to die. I have severe PTSD and am on no medication because I stopped taking them. I can t eat sleep or go anywhere. I avoid people, public places like the plague...My mind is not mine, i cannot control what i say, do or think....I Hate what I ve become. I don t know who or what i am anymore...
