Biological Clock Ticking

I ve had a weird experience and just today told that it is definitely dissociation. Basically what has happened is ive been triggered and from that I ve ended up in hospital. When I ve gone in to a dissociative state, I ve also taken on a new belief that there is a parallel universe where no trauma has happened and in order to get there I need to cease to exist in this one.
