Hi everyone, Hope this is okay to post . I have searched the forums and haven t found that much on this technique. I m a little ambivalent about trying it as I can t find much research on it at all. My counsellor uses the rewind technique and trauma based CBT and I m starting this week. I m just kind of worried as I had a bad experience with EMDR, so wanted to get people s thoughts on this technique and hopefully see if anyone has any experiences to share . Thank you!
