I received a pink slip in my mailbox of certified letter and it also says it has return receipt. I received from the Good Samaritan Society. They are non-profit. They gave me equipment to measure my heart rate and blood pressure and weight at home. I used their services for a while a long time ago when i was going to a clinic that they worked through--they come from another state. Anyway, months back they called and stated they needed the equipment since I no longer using it and no longer... Certified Letter-- Does That Mean Legal Trouble??
