Ok, I know I ve asked so many questions from you guys but I ve got another one. So my therapist said last week during session that we needed to work on "being comfortable with my sexuality, comfortable in your own skin." The strange thing is this has been pounding me with this question. What is he talking about??? Have any of you who have been raped or sexually abused have your therapist tell you this? And if so What did they mean? Should I ask my therapist next week what the heck he is... What Is My Therapist Talking About!!!
