I Feel I Don't Know..... Numb

So I don t really understand this or no what this is but there are times where I am scared out of my mind and and anxious and panicking and feel helpless because IT just keeps playing over and over again in my head and then all feeling just goes away i don t get it I mean all of the fear and everything just like went away out of no where it s like I m numb or have no feeling I m not happy sad scared or anything I don t get it or understand what is this??
