Can't Conventrate Enough To Read Or Write

I m an english major with 5 college english classes currently and lately either my disassociation, obsessive thinking, horrible anxiety or depression is completely keeping me from being able to read and understand the assigned works, or be able to write on it. Luckily I have disability through the school and my teachers have to be slightly lenient with me, but the getting behind is stressing me out even more. I don t know what to do.
