...and I feel like sh*t. I know it should a good thing that we re spending tonight apart. I presume he s just looking after himself and that s a good thing. It s just a pity that my anxiety is skyrocketing as a result. That s my problem, I know. I realise that sometimes he needs some alone time when he s feeling stressed. And he is very stressed and anxious this week. He s been popping xanax like candy, as best I can tell. Of course, his official story is that he needs to shampoo...
