Iv e been diagnosed with PTSD for about a year with it going 5 years before a diagnosis . I am really curious how others experience ptsd attacks my whole body feels like an intense tingle emitting agitation and fear ll the time. The anxiety jumps through the rough and all of a sudden i couldn t get a word out of my mouth. I have locked up for several hours at a time. sometime i sleep in the bathroom so i can barricade myself in and be safe. the looming fear that life brings on a daily basis...
