Hi I m a secondary sufferer, my husband twitches terribly in his sleep, not sure if its ptsd related, hes ex forces, it seems to go with the territory as they see horrible things throughout their service. Its kicks, nudges, jumps, some muttering includes arms and legs. sometimes it wakes him up but mostly it just keeps me awake. I think it gets worse with stress but sometimes there seems to be nothing but as he gets older its getting worse and I just wondered if there was any treatment. It cant... Twitching While Sleeping
