I have suffered with tmd for so long, years in fact. I clench at night. I have a special splint I wear every night. I have seen a dentist for occlusion adjustments. It hurts so badly. I don t know what to do. Why must I suffer physically as well as emotionally? I need relief. I don t believe in "forevers" but when I am in such pain it is hard to see the light. No medication helps me. In fact it makes it worse. When it flares up, time is the only healer. So, I hope for the days to be over so... Tmd Or Tmj Suffering
