I started the next phase of EMDR three days ago, and I haven t felt well since. I had a 1.5 hour session, processed a memory from when my dad died when I was a teenager, before the abuse that I have PTSD from. The EMDR session itself didn t seem that upsetting, but I did have a few tears. It just seemed like it didn t stop afterward.
