I ve just been talking about Pilates in a supporter thread, and in my own personal experience, I have found that practicing Pilates has helped my generalised anxiety symptoms - including my tension headaches. I think it s because of the level of mindfulness required in this type of exercise, as well as the focus on correcting postural/muscular imbalances.
