The psychiatrist that I see has prescribed Promethazine to help with sleep difficulties that I am experiencing. I am also currently taking Zopiclone to help with sleep. I have only been the Promethazine for a 5 days and although I am probably sleeping an extra hours or so, I am exhausted for the remainder of the day. I am currently off work for the holidays (I am a teacher), so isn t a problem for the next week or so. I am slightly worried that this could continue, as I have to drive to work...
