You might remember me posting that I wouldn t be seeing my T for a month because of Christmas. Well, I m seeing him tomorrow for the first time in a month. I really haven t a clue how to do therapy after such a long break. There are like, 200 things I could talk about and tonnes of things have happened to me in the last month, good and bad. I ve also noticed that this is the first time I ve taken a break from therapy without falling into a SHing crisis mode. I almost feel a little...
