Feeling, Not Thinking.


This has probably been asked before but I d be interested to know how those of you struggle with feeling things connect to your emotions. I m having real trouble connecting to my feelings. Even on a day to day basis it takes real effort to figure out if I m feeling good or bad or angry or whatever. I ve done some work on this with my therapist who tells me to break it down in to the 4 main feelings: fear, anger, sadness and joy, and just to try and put myself in one or more of those boxes,... Feeling, Not Thinking.
