Um...Hi there! I am brand new to these forums and have no clue were to start. Ive lurked in the shadows for a while to see if this would be a good, safe place to help me heal but I figured I wont get better unless I take the plunge and try. I was diagnosed by 2 different mental health professionals back in late winter, early spring of last year and am struggling. I m not sure what all you want to know about me, but I look forward to getting to know everyone and begin the road to being okay.... Where Do I Start?
