It seems everybody has rallied to my needs, I am going to be starting DBT in December Life Crisis Center is going to begin Exposure therapy at the end of this month (and its free!). The P Doc has my meds where they should be to control my mania And my therapist is going to be guiding me, and helping me with that that DBT or Life Crisis does not cover.
