I ve been waiting all summer for my kiddos to go back to school so that T and I could pick back up EMDR as part of our sessions. FINALLY the day came and we dove in this week. EMDR always seems to hurt like a son of a bitch!!! But once I get past the first 12-24hr afterwards? I feel like a whole new person My body is freakishly calm, I don t ache, my mind is clear and free from crazy ass stuff, it s fantastic! Like a transfusion of happiness
