Childhood sexual abuse and a violent untreated by-polar father resulted in PTSD. The untreated symptoms left me vunerable to a pschopath for a 30 year marriage. Now that I ve accepted the things that I was blocking, how do I forgive myself and move on? Spent my entire adult life trying to protect my children from the horrors I had experienced. It was my only real goal in life. Just to find out that my spouse was abusing them right under my nose. I feel like he purposely used my PTSD... Revictimized
